Dulwich Hill

This renovation of a 1900’s double brick semi detached residence was difficult due to the flood zone conditions given by council, the sloping site and tight access. The design concept included an outdoor deck, new bedroom/ensuite, laundry located downstairs and a new kitchen/ living and bathroom upstairs. This renovation was architecturally designed, and was built within budget and on time. 

The bathroom was renovated without any hassles. It was on-time, on-spec and looks fantastic!
